Return Eligibility
- Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange — unless we shipped you the wrong item or a defective product.
- Unopened or unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping charges. Two-way shipping will be deducted from the refund.
- Used or knocked-in bats are not returnable under any condition unless approved by management.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on undergarments, abdo guards, or any item classified as personal hygiene products.
- Returns due to size, style, or fit (shoes, apparel, helmets, etc.) are allowed, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Free Returns
We offer free returns only on select products and select orders, such as when we ship the wrong or defective item. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
