Orders & shipping
Do you charge for shipping?
No – shipping is free on every order within the USA.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your account to see your order status.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards plus the express wallets shown at checkout. Every payment is processed over a secure, encrypted connection.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
We accept returns if the product arrives defective, damaged or used prior to delivery. Notify us and return the item within 7 days of receiving it, in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Are sale items returnable?
Items bought during a sale or promotion are final, unless we shipped the wrong item or a faulty product.

Choosing your gear
How do I choose the right bat weight?
Our bats come in weights from 2lb 8oz to 2lb 11oz. Lighter bats give faster bat speed and control; heavier bats add power for big hitters. Most adult club players are comfortable around 2lb 9oz–2lb 10oz. Not sure? Call us and we’ll help you pick.
What size junior kit does my child need?
Junior kits are offered in Sizes 3, 4, 5 and 6 (and Full Size for the Strike Force Youth Kit). Sizes follow standard cricket bat sizing by height – contact us with your child’s height and we’ll recommend a size.
What is the difference between the Warrior, United and Genius editions?
They are our signature design lines. Warrior is bold black and gold, United (“One Game, One Nation”) is red, white and blue, and Genius is a crisp all-white look. Each line includes matching protective gear and kit bags.
Does my bat come with a cover?
Yes – our English willow bats include a protective cover.
